After Allister Coetzee announced his Bok squad, the side assembled in Cape Town on Sunday morning.
They were divided into groups of 3 and given tasks in an ‘Amazing Race’ style team builder. Frans Malherbe, JP Pietersen & Ruan Combrinck were tasked with joining us at Hammies to coach our Under 12’s.
After a warm Hammies welcome by Jody Burch and Dave Kagan the players were taken through the club history and important dates in our illustrious time as being the countries oldest club. Not long after that they went straight into coaching the kids with handling drills, kicking competition’s and much more.
