Hamilton caters for boys from 6 to 13 years of age. The junior club has grown tremendously since re-opening in 2016. There are currently 160 players registered from 23 different schools around Cape Town.

Junior Boys Rugby Practices:

U7 to U10 boys practice on Tuesdays 16.00 – 17.30
U11 to U13 boys practice on Thursdays 16.00 – 17.30
U14 boys practice on Sundays 8.00 – 10.00
