Welcome to the Hamilton Touch Rugby Club, a proud part of the Hamilton Sea Point RFC family! Established in 2016, our club has grown into a vibrant community of touch rugby enthusiasts who share a passion for the game and a commitment to sportsmanship.

Our Mission

At Hamilton Touch Rugby Club, our mission is to promote the sport of touch rugby in a fun, inclusive, and competitive environment. We aim to provide opportunities for players of all skill levels to develop their abilities, enjoy the game, and build lasting friendships.

Our Community

We believe that touch rugby is more than just a sport; it’s a way to bring people together. Our club is made up of a diverse group of players, from beginners to seasoned athletes, all united by their love for the game. We pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and the strong sense of camaraderie among our members.

Training and Competitions

Our training sessions are held on *Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:30* and *Saturday mornings at 8:30, providing a structured yet enjoyable environment for players to improve their skills. We participate in the **Cape Town 10s* and try and go on an *international tour once a year*, giving our members the chance to test their abilities and represent our club with pride.
