Hamilton SP RFC are proud of the significant milestone reached by Luca Simone and Luke Mardell.
Both boys recently achieved 50 caps for Hamilton, putting them in a unique category of only 4 players on record to have achieved this feat, one of the others to achieve this of course is Oliver Beagrie, who started his rugby at Reddam and has recently been capped for WP at u12.
Luke Mardell has the added distinction of having captained his team in all 51 caps that he has played.
Both boys have been outstanding servants to the club over the years, having started out at U8. Together they have formed the backbone of the most successful team in Hamiltons junior history, boasting an extraordinary 82% win record over 4 seasons.
We salute Luke and Luca for their extraordinary dedication to Hamilton and their fantastic performances over the years.
